PLATINUM VISION
OUR PLATINUM PLAN INCLUDS THE BASIC SERVICES PROVIDED IN THE GOLD PLAN, HOWEVER IT ALSO PROVIDES MANTENANCE SERVICES THAT ARE RECCOMMENDED ON A MONTHLY BASIS SUCH AS LANDSCAPING MAINTENANCE. ALONG WITH BI-WEEKLY CHECK-IN’S, MONTHLY SURFACE CLEANING, IRRIGATION TIMER CHECKS, AND MORE.

AMBITION VISION
OUR AMBITION VISION PLAN OFFERS A COMPLETE HOME-WATCH EXPERIENCE, COUPLED WITH WEEKLY/MONTHLY MAINTENANCE SERVICES SUCH AS LANDSCAPING, WEEKLY POOL CARE, PEST CONTROL, AND BI-WEEKLY CLEANING. AMBITION VISION PLAN ALSO INCLUDES MAIL COLLECTION AND ALLOWS FOR THE ABILITY TO CUSTOMIZE THE FREQUENCY OF YOUR HOME-WATCH AND MAINTENANCE SERVICES.
GOLD VISION:
DRIP DETECTION:
Monthly Drip Checks on all water lines, including live plumbing connections, ball valves, drainage, and water main.
MONTHLY CHECK-INS
Property will be visited once per month by one of our Ambition Technicians.
APPLIANCE CHECKS
Monthly Appliance Checks for any leaks at the connection points to the appliances. These leaks are often the source of water damage in seasonal homes, due to less usage than usual.
CORROSION PREVENTION
Monthly checks on all live plumbing valves in the home for any corrosion that is visible at the surface. Corrosion from hard water and lack of usage, is a large factor in ball valves seizing/blowing out due to high pressure without flow.
EXTERIOR DAMAGE INSPECTIONS
Your dedicated Ambition Technician will perform a monthly exterior inspection for any signs of exterior damage. These forms of damage can often arise from storms, unwanted rodents and pests, and general wear & tear.
PRE-EMPTIVE GAS LEAK INSPECTIONS
Monthly gas leak inspections for all homes utilizing natural gas for heating, appliances, and water heaters. Your Ambition Technician will utilize a leak detection tool upon each visit to confirm that the air in your home is free and clear of any potential leaking gas.

BI-WEEKLY CHECK-INS
Property will be visited on a bi-weekly basis by one of our Ambition Technicians.
INTERIOR PLANT-CARE
Interior plants will be watered and cared for on a bi-weekly basis by your Ambition Technician
MONTHLY LANDSCAPING MAINTENANCE:
Your Ambition Technician will provide a complete monthly Landscape maintenance for front and backyard landscaping. Ensuring you maintain complete HOA Compliance.
MONTHLY DUSTING/SURFACE CLEAN
Your Ambition Technician will provide a complete surface cleaning and dusting on all areas of the home. We often find that the dust and dirt build up on surfaces, over multiple months, can be overwhelming in Arizona’s dry climate if left unattended.
IRRIGATION AND WATER TIMER CHECKS
Bi-weekly irrigation timer checks, as well as irrigation leak checks, and early leak detection services.

WEEKLY CHECK-INS
Property will be visited by one of our Ambition Technicians on a weekly basis.
MONTHLY PEST CONTROL SERVICES
Your Dedicated Ambition Technician will provide monthly pest control services. These services include exterior spraying for common insects and bugs, such as scorpions, roaches, termites. Your Technician will also do monthly checks for rodents, roof-rats, and set-up rodent traps if necessary.
WEEKLY POOL SERVICES
Pool care is perhaps the most neglected service, which can lead to damage to your pool pump, filtration system, heating elements and much more. All pool professionals recommend weekly pool servicing, therefore we see this as a must for all of our clients with pools on their property.
BI-WEEKLY HOUSE CLEANING
Along with a monthly surface cleaning/dusting, your technician will provide a complete house cleaning service on a bi-weekly basis. This cleaning includes floor cleaning/vacuuming, complete clean of all bathrooms in home, complete kitchen clean, and laundry room cleaning.
OPTION TO CUSOMIZE SERVICE FREQUENCEY
With our Ambition Vision Plan, you will have the option to customize your visit frequency, and even request additional visits if you’re expecting visitors. We even provide on-call services for any clients that rent out their home on a short-term basis while away, or have vacation rental properties on platforms such as Airbnb and VRBO.
